Shipping Policy

1. Heavy Freight & Delivery (Important) At StructraHub, we specialize in large-scale steel building kits (e.g., Studios, Carports, Granny Flats). Due to the size and weight of these products (often exceeding 500kg), standard courier shipping is not available.

How Freight Works:

  • Quote Required: Shipping costs are calculated manually based on your site access, location, and the weight of the steel kit.

  • Checkout: If you complete a purchase online, the shipping cost may show as "TBC" or "Quote Required." We will contact you within 24 hours with a precise freight price. You will have the option to pay the freight balance or cancel the order for a full refund if the cost is unsuitable.

2. Sydney Factory Pickup (Free) You can avoid freight charges by collecting your order from our Sydney manufacturing facility.

  • Location: Sydney Factory (Exact address provided upon order confirmation).

  • Collection Times: By appointment only (Monday to Friday).

  • Vehicle Requirements: You must bring a suitable vehicle (Ute, Trailer, or Truck). Standard cars are not suitable for transporting steel frames.

  • Loading: Forklift loading is available on-site.

3. Manufacturing & Lead Times Most StructraHub kits are precision-manufactured to order.

  • Production Time: Please allow 2–3 weeks for the manufacturing of your steel kit.

  • Transit Time: Once dispatched, delivery typically takes:

    • NSW/VIC/QLD Metro: 2–4 business days.

    • Regional Areas: 5–10 business days.

    • WA/NT/TAS: Please contact us for lead times.

  • Note: Lead times are estimates and may vary due to steel supply or high demand.

4. Delivery Access Requirements Our freight partners use large trucks (Crane Trucks or Semi-Trailers). It is the customer's responsibility to ensure:

  • Site Access: The truck can legally and safely access your property.

  • Unloading: Unless a "Crane Truck" service was quoted, you will need a forklift or a team of people on-site to hand-unload the steel pack.

  • Re-delivery Fees: If the truck cannot access your site and must return to the depot, a re-delivery fee will apply.

5. No PO Boxes We cannot ship steel building kits to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers, or Post Offices. You must provide a physical street address.

6. Damages in Transit We take great care in strapping and packaging our frames. However, minor scratching to steel components can occur during transit and does not affect structural integrity.

  • Major Damage: If your kit arrives with significant structural damage or missing packs, you must note this on the driver's delivery docket and contact us immediately at sales@structrahub.com with photos.

  • Reporting Period: Damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

7. International Shipping We currently ship within Australia only. We do not offer international freight.
